What is an online retreat or summit?

This is a conference or retreat, just like one that you would attend in person at a brick & mortar location. The only difference is that this is offered  online, accessed via your desktop, laptop, iPad or mobile device. The sessions are prerecorded and offered at specific intervals during the retreat or summit. Online courses also fall into this category.

What is the All-Access Package?

The all-access package is our Kit that is offered under any name, which allows you 24/7 access to all video content, downloads of content and bonuses, for a specific period of time. The bonuses are yours to keep. This is for those who are looking to implement the offering from the summit, retreat or course to improve their lives long- term. 

When you register for the online event, you will automatically be taken to a welcome page that includes all the information, cost and purchase steps for owning the kit/package being offered for that event. 

How does your money back guarantee work?

For some purchases, we offer an unconditional, money back guarantee. Some additional restrictions may apply, depending on the event (read the kit/package offer information carefully). For other packages, there is no money back guarantee and the sale is final. These terms are clearly stated on  the pay page.

I missed the opportunity to purchase the early bird offer, is it still available?

If there is an early bird discount offer, the deadline for purchase will be clearly stated at the offer. It's a special thank you for our early supporters.

If you missed the opportunity to take advantage of the early bird discount, you still have the chance to get all the event recordings, with all the bonuses, at the still affordable non-discounted price during the stated period.

What do I do if my payment did not go through?

Sometimes the bank or credit card processor hold transactions. We're always here to help you out. Please contact us with your full name and the email you've used during checkout.

I've tried to reset my password but failed. What do I do?

If you're trying to reset your password to access the members area but couldn't do so, please contact us. Sometimes the emails to reset the password end up in spam or in case of typos can't be delivered. Either way, we're here to help.

Do you ship the all-access package or how do I get it?

For all summits/retreats and online events we offer a digital access pass that you can purchase. This gives you access to all the stated content and all other stated package items and bonuses for the stated time period. To access your purchased kit please log into our exclusive online members area.

Is this offer limited to people in the US?

The digital all-access pass can be purchased by anyone, anywhere. As long as you have a valid credit card or PayPal you'll be able to get the digital access pass.

How do I request a refund?

If you are entitled to a refund for the stated purchase, simply contact us with the email you used during checkout.

Do I get immediate access to the content with the purchase of the all-access kit?

The page you purchase the package on will clearly state when you will have access to your member's area. This information is also included in your welcome email. In most cases, access to your member's area is immediate.

The password I received doesn't work. What do I do?

Please make sure to copy - paste the password and not type it out.

The auto-generated passwords are often hard to get right because a capital i may look the same as a small L, a zero may look the same as a capital o, etc.

So please highlight the full password that you've received (make sure to highlight any funny characters in the password as well - those are part of the password), copy the highlighted password (right click - copy), and then paste it into the login form (right click - paste).

If that does not work (it does in 99% of all cases) contact us.

What do I do if I didn’t receive my login details?

Sometimes login details end up in spam because we send you your password after you sign up initially.

So here is what you can do:

  1. Check your spam folder to see if the login details are there.
  2. If you can't find that email request the password by using the member's are link you originally received to access the member's area. Once at the Home page, use the 'forgot your password?' link to request a new password.
  3. You'll receive the password via email - please give it up to 10 minutes
  4. Use the password that you've received to log into the members area. Please make sure to copy paste the password instead of typing it to avoid errors.

If you don't receive your password after requesting it or the system tells you that your email is not recognized that could mean that there was a typo in the email used on checkout or that you used a different email to purchase the package. To help you please contact us with your full name and any email that you may have used to purchase the package.

How can I download the audio or video of the interviews?

If your package offer includes free downloads, once you're inside the member's area please navigate to your all-acces package. Next, select a speaker. That opens a new page with the recording that contains the presentation for that speaker. Underneath the video you'll find download buttons.

What do I do when the login form shows the wrong login data/email?

Often browsers store your login information like your login email for pages and shows the stored data when you open that page again.

Typically it helps to clear the cache/browser history of your browser. But be aware that this will also delete the prefilled login form data on other websites so be careful if that's something you often use.

How can I watch the summit on my smart TV?

Most smart TVs have a web browser installed or you could add it as an application. Using this browser you can log into the member center just like you would on a computer or mobile device.

How long is my membership for?

Your membership for all-access to the member's area starts when you make your purchase and is good for the time frame stated in the purchase information for the particular kit you purchased, at which time your membership will expire.

What Is The Affiliate Partner Program?

For most of our online events, attendees have the option of upgrading to an all-access pass. Sales of any packages like this are being offered as a fundraiser for The Bhakta School of Transformation – a not-for-profit public charity that is an all-volunteer organization.

The affiliate partner program is our way of saying thank you by putting some extra cash in your pocket for helping us fundraise with the sales of the kit.

When you opt in to the affiliate partner program (free to do so), you get a unique affiliate link to promote the website for the summit, along with access to our affiliate center where you can download boilerplate promotional materials to use to promote the summit. It’s all turnkey and free. When as person using your unique affiliate link opts into the summit as an attendee for free, and then decides to upgrade to the kit, you are paid 50% of the purchase on each and every sale. It’s he least we can do for your time and effort.
